G’day all,

 

sorry about lateness of Newsletter – have been away for nearly a month visiting NSW, Geelong, Adelaide taking care of a few family and friend issues.

 

 

NOV. – Caloundra – 2nd round Club Championship.

The weather during the night before was atrocious and from 2pm that afternoon it blew and rained again.

However, the desperados who did turn up enjoyed a great mornings golf – no rain at all and a very slight breeze to cool us off.

DEC. -  Horton Park Christmas Golf Day

 

 Circumstances took a toll on numbers, however 21 players took on the “fun” day with some gusto.

Although it was a fun day the unofficial WINNERS were Lawrie Shaw,Pete Marshall, Maso and his dad Bruce with  a score of  -5 !!!. - well done !.

Heartfelt thoughts to all those, who for circumstantial reasons could not make it to the golf day and the

Christmas “do”back at the KWH. Everyone enjoyed a good feed and refreshments and those who received Annual Trophies enjoyed it that little bit more.

Congratulations to all the Grade winners and runner ups  -  the Handicapper will have some work to do now.
